Welcome to TiviMax ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://tivimax.ca (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
TiviMax provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided exclusively through the IBO Player application on a single authorized device per subscription.
TiviMax offers the following subscription tiers:
All prices are in Canadian dollars and shown at checkout. Subscriptions activate immediately upon payment confirmation. TiviMax does not store your payment card details. Subscriptions do not auto-renew.
All sales are final once an account has been activated. Due to the immediate digital nature of the Service, refunds are not generally available. Exceptions apply only in cases of: (a) a verified outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, in which case a pro-rata credit may be issued; or (b) a confirmed duplicate charge, which will be refunded in full. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the qualifying event. See our full Refund Policy.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, for personal, non-commercial use, and in compliance with all applicable Canadian laws. You agree not to:
All content delivered via the Service, including but not limited to channel feeds, video-on-demand titles, electronic program guides, logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by TiviMax, its licensors, or its content partners. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license to view the content for personal use.
Each TiviMax subscription is licensed for one (1) authorized device. You may use any compatible device that supports the IBO Player application. We do not provide hardware. You are responsible for ensuring your internet connection meets minimum requirements (15 Mbps HD, 25 Mbps 4K).
We strive for 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, force-majeure events, ISP outages, and content-licensing changes may temporarily affect availability. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, TiviMax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or chargebacks payments. No refunds will be issued for terminations caused by violations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
