1. Our Position on Copyright

TiviMax respects intellectual property and complies with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Canadian copyright law, and equivalent international frameworks. We act as an intermediary service that aggregates and re-distributes streaming feeds sourced from licensed third-party providers.

2. Disclaimer Regarding Content

TiviMax does not host, upload, or produce any of the video content delivered through the Service. All channels, movies, and series originate from external streaming sources operated by third parties. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content displayed within the IBO Player app.

3. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe content delivered via TiviMax infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated agent containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the specific material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to allow us to locate it (channel name, VOD title, timestamp).
  • Your contact information: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with: (a) your signature, (b) identification of the removed content, (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, (d) your consent to jurisdiction of Canadian courts, and (e) your contact details.

6. Response Time & Action

We act on valid takedown requests promptly — typically within 48 hours. Repeat infringing sources are permanently removed from our aggregation list. Submitting false claims may result in liability for damages.

7. No Endorsement of Infringement

TiviMax expressly does not endorse, promote, or condone copyright infringement. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of streamed content complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
