This Privacy Policy explains how TiviMax ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our IPTV service at https://tivimax.ca. We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

  • Account info: name, email address, phone number when you sign up or contact us.
  • Payment info: processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store card numbers.
  • Device info: Mac Address & Device Key of your IBO Player installation, used to link your subscription.
  • Usage data: session timestamps, IP address, server region, basic stream-health metrics for quality monitoring.
  • Communication: messages you send via contact forms, WhatsApp, or email.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To activate, deliver, and maintain your TiviMax subscription.
  • To respond to support requests and provide customer service.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and credential sharing.
  • To improve service quality and stream reliability.
  • To send essential account communications (we never send marketing without consent).

3. How We Share Your Information

We never sell your personal information. We share only with:

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) for transaction completion.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers under strict data-protection agreements.
  • Law-enforcement authorities only when legally compelled (court order or valid Canadian legal process).

4. Data Security

We protect your data with industry-standard safeguards including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, two-factor authentication on internal admin tools, and regular security audits. No method is 100% secure, but we apply commercially reasonable best practices.

We retain account data for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 24 months after expiry for billing-dispute resolution and tax records. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

TiviMax is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately.

9. International Transfers

Some of our servers are located in the United States and Europe. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed in these jurisdictions, which may have privacy laws different from Canada. We apply the same protections regardless of location.
